ACCESSIBILITY

WHEELCHAIR USERS

We are a fully accessible venue, able to accommodate wheelchairs in the auditorium and throughout the café-bar. The majority of our cinema footprint is on one level, including our entrance, foyer, toilets, and first row of seats. We have accessible toilets with baby changing facilities.

Wheelchair users, or those with limited mobility, may book our front row (row A) to access the screen without any steps. Seats A4 and A5 are our wheelchair spaces. These are standard seats which are removed if required by a wheelchair user. If you are booking A4 and/or A5 for a wheelchair user, please email hello@thelivingroomcinema.co.uk to let us know that the wheelchair space will be required. If you or your guest has a large, motorised wheelchair, it is possible that two seats will be required. If you think this may be the case, please email as above to let us know. You will not be required to purchase multiple seats.

CEA CARDS

We happily accept CEA Cards both on our website and in venue. The CEA Card is a national card scheme developed for UK Cinemas by the UK Cinema Association and enables a disabled cinema guest to receive a complimentary ticket for someone to go with them when they visit a participating cinema. If you do not have a CEA Card and would like to apply for one, please click here. If you do not have a CEA card but require a carer in order to attend the cinema, we are still able to offer a complimentary carer ticket. Please email us at hello@thelivingroomcinema.co.uk, or come to see us in venue to purchase your tickets.

HEARING AND VISUALLY IMPARED

Our foyer is fitted with an infra-red loop and we show subtitled performances for audience members who are hard of hearing. At this time, we do not have a hearing loop in our auditorium. We have audio-description headsets for guests who are visually impaired—please let the manager on duty know if you require an audio-description headset.
