From Cinema Manager to Head of Programming, Claire’s 16 year cinema career spans Vue, Odeon, Reel, BFI, and Curzon Cinemas.

Her consultancy work has covered advising clients from independent producers to event cinema companies.

She teaches at the National Film & TV School, Met Film School, Film Distributor’s Association, is a UK Cinema Association speaker and on the main jury for the British Independent Film Awards. She was named one of the ‘Top 50 women in Global Cinema’ in 2018.

Claire began The Living Room Cinema to address the need for quality independent cinemas in smaller communities. The first cinema is in her home town – she is extremely excited to be bringing this dream to life.



Rupert was chief executive of ODEON and UCI Cinemas Group from 2004-2015, and during this time saw the number of cinemas multiply threefold with expansions into overseas markets. He is currently a director of Vox Cinemas, the most successful cinema chain in the Middle East, and regional distributor for 20th Century Fox.

Rupert occupies a range of board positions including Chairman of his own theatre producion company, the Chairman of the Royal Historic Palaces and the co-owner of a high end restaurant group. He is currenly Chairman of the Honours Committee fot Media and Arts.



Nicole is an award-winning producer and the founder of production company Mighty Atom Entertainment.

Her latest film Litterbugs, supported by the BFI, has won multiple awards at festivals around the world and was Oscar and BAFTA long-listed.

Prior to founding Mighty Atom, Nicole has had an extensive production career producing Another Me starring Sophie Turner, and executive producing the award winning 50 Dead Men Walking. Nicole has acted on the business affirs, financing and legal aspects of studio and independent feature films as a qualified solicitor.
